Unconditional Guarantee
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from TonnerCompanyStore. If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30-days of receipt of that purchase for full replacement, credit or refund. It’s that easy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow a minimum of three business days for your return to be processed. We do not accept returns C.O.D. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You must be at least 18 years old to order. Personal checks and money orders should be made out to Tonner Company Store. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to be processed. Please do not send cash.

Depending upon your location, you should receive your purchase within 3 to 7 business days. Two-day UPS service is available for an additional charge.
